Born in 1968, Amey is a French painter. With an unconventional background, Amey has pursued her artistic work for many years, but it was only later in life that she decided to dedicate herself fully to it. She explores a wide range of subjects, all of which share a common focus on humanity, social relationships, and nature.

Her work on monochromatic seascapes reflects what the artist seeks in nature. This familiar element is brimming with softness, strength, and serenity. The lines bring rhythm to the abstract movements of the artist, allowing each viewer to interpret and make the landscape their own. We often find in her work the inspiration drawn from the coasts of the Arcachon Basin, with its tides, sandbanks, boats, and oyster farms.
